Cancellation/Refund Policy
- If the user cancels before giving prior notice, the booking amount will not be refunded.
- If the user cancels after giving at least 2 days' prior notice, the booking amount will be refunded.
- No refund will be given after the final goods delivery.
- The refund request should be raised via email or through the website.
- Refund policies are applicable only for interstate service deliveries.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of the refund request.
